TECHNICAL SERVICE
Our well trained professional teams are ready to provide immediate action should there be any boiler issue arising within a mill. To support this, we have 4 services centres to cover allIndonesia area and Overseas.
Our Tanjung Morawa Head Office/Workshop also service centre to service our customers in Northern Sumatera Area and Overseas. Our Pekanbaru Service Centre to service our customers in Southern Sumatera Area. Our Jakarta Office to service our customers in Java and Bali. Our Samarinda Service Centre to service our customers in Kalimantan Area and Eastern Indonesia Area.
Maintenance, inspection and boiler upgrades and modification are also part of our technical service that we offer to the customer. Our highly qualified professional teams are ready to assisting customer needs.
SERVICE CONTRACT
We provide an exclusive after-sales program which includes: twice yearly boiler inspections, annual mechanical cleaning in order to attain higher efficiency of boiler operations.
REPLACEMENT OF PARTS
Realising customer limitation in getting boiler components and other supporting parts, we assist in supplying the essential components needed in customer business operation.The parts are not confined to boiler but as well as other auxiliary machineries, such as: sterilizer, pressure vessel, etc.
